Enerjoy is a wellness application studio dedicated to boost users' health and happiness through innovative products, including sleep trackers, fitness apps, and self-care routines.

After auditing the ad accounts for all three applications, we identified the need to better improve the effectiveness of the budget to increase more users. Our goal was to make the ads more effective and efficient firstly by restructuring the campaigns. We would love to develop the three launched wellness applications and reach more potential users.

Strategy & Approach

The mission of Enerjoy is to seamlessly integrate healthy habits into daily life, a goal that has garnered recognition from millions worldwide. It primarily targets users in the US, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and other developed countries. They have successfully launched three wellness apps:

  • JustFit: JustFit offers flexible, no-equipment workouts, including express routines for those with limited time, making fitness accessible anytime and anywhere. It’s perfect for fitness enthusiasts, busy professionals, and those who prefer home workouts.
  • ShutEye: ShutEye provides personalized sleep aids and routines, helping users fall asleep faster and wake up refreshed. It’s ideal for individuals with sleep issues, anxiety sufferers, and health-conscious users.
  • Me+: Me+ is tailored for self-care enthusiasts, holistic health seekers, and busy individuals looking to prioritize their well-being.

Our primary focus was on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for all three apps. We conducted a comprehensive audit of each account, pinpointing immediate opportunities to reduce costs and enhance overall performance. This thorough approach allowed us to optimize the campaigns and achieve significant improvements.

Results & Analysis:

Since taking over in July, and the campaign restructurisation, the performance of the campaigns has gradually stabilized, with substantial improvements observed by August following a full-scale account restructure. Achieving a return on ad spend (ROAS) exceeding 100% within just three months, we remain committed to further optimizing the results and will continue to closely monitor the campaigns.
