EcoRing's primary goal is to attract more customers eager to sell their pre-loved luxury goods. Our mission at KPI Media was to drive the growth of WhatsApp inquiries for EcoRing in Singapore and Indonesia, where customers can have their items appraised by staff. In a highly competitive pre-loved consignment market, delivering high-quality leads was crucial to EcoRing’s success.
Approach & Strategy
To meet these objectives, we implemented several key strategies:
- Research on Historical Data and Market Trends: Since KPI Media joined the partnership in the brand’s third year, we analyzed historical performance data and current market conditions to better understand the business landscape.
- A/B Testing: Based on our analysis, we conducted A/B testing on multiple platforms. This included refining Google SEM keywords and targeting high-conversion locations to ensure we were reaching the right audience.
- Leveraging Google AI via Performance Max: To scale lead generation, we utilized Google’s Performance Max campaigns, allowing us to reach potential customers across various Google channels with greater efficiency.

During our collaboration with EcoRing, KPI Media has delivered the following outcomes:
- 30% Increase in Leads for EcoRing Indonesia: Despite fierce competition in the region, we successfully identified and engaged customers who were willing to sell their second-hand luxury items.
